Q654 is compatible with anionic and

Application 应用
THYOSIL
Q654 is an adhesion increasing additive for
lubricants and spinning oils. It preserves the rollers and tapes of the machinery because the product has not
abrasive effect in contrast to siliceous products.作为一款提高粘结力的助剂用于润滑剂和纺纱油。它保护辊筒和机械传送带，因为此产品相对与硅产品没有粗糙的影响。
THYOSIL
Q654 imparts antielectrostatic properties
and does not yellow. There is no influence on the rinsability of the lubricant. 具有抗静电的特性不黄变。作为润滑剂不会影响漂洗。

Q654 increases the longitudinal adhesiveness
of the fibre band and prevents fibre dust and fly. 提高纵向纤维的粘合力，分纱轻快，减少毛羽 。
THYOSIL
Q654 is usually mixed with the ready-for use
lubricating emulsion or solution in undiluted form by stirring. The product must not be mixed with undiluted
lubricants or oils.
通常与已经混合好的未稀释润滑剂乳液或溶液搅拌混合，无需与未稀释的润滑剂或油混合。
Dosage用量
The typical dosage of THYOSIL Q654 is between 1 - 2% on
weight of the fibre material。
The optimum application quantities can vary because of the
different fibre/fibre adhesion caused by different staple lengths and surface
quality of the spinning material. They depend also on the type of the used
lubricant. Therefore, preliminary trials are recommendable.
典型配比Q654是 以纤维的重量算1-2% ,最佳的添加量取决于不同纤维之间的粘结力,由长度及材料的表面质量,还取决于润滑剂的品种,据此要根据多次尝试才能确定具体的配比。
